I've been here twice and on both occasions the staff were extremely professional and very helpful. Like most phone shops, you may need to wait for someone to be free - choosing a phone and signing up can be a slow process - but I didn't have to wait on either occasion. They have a few off street parking spaces and on both occasions there was one available.

Helpful staff. Can be very busy. Service from SFR itself can be very mixed. Went twice but my internet and phone line still not working. Am considering approaching another provider.

Good evening Great welcome from JADE with whom my wife & I were advised and thanked her but two days ago there was a charging problem on my phone they told me to dry it with a hair dryer then soak in rice average welcome see aggressive silk saying that the phone was no longer guaranteed??? Buying in July surprises me? I managed alone not to be a boring customer but hey I'll stop there you have my contact details to send me a message good evening and happy end of year 🥳 and thanks again to JADE for her patience thank you
